NVivo is now in WVSU

WVSU researchers attended and participated in the 2-day Training –Workshop on NVivo 12 Plus held on July 5-6, 2018 at the Research & Extension Building.  This was conducted by Dr. Nicamil K. Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer of the Philippine Consortium for Social Welfare and Human Development Research (PCSWHDR), Inc.  The workshop aimed to provide participants hands-on experience in operating the software.

NVivo 12 Plus is a software that organizes and helps analyze data and is also useful in program or product development, assessment and evaluation. NVivo is the most used qualitative and mixed-methods data analysis software tool by academics and professional researchers globally. It stores and sorts all data in one platform, from quantifiable demographic information to qualitative open-ended questions and interviews. It easily cross tabulates mixed methods data and visualizes the results to brainstorm and map ideas.

WVSU purchased six (6) genuine NVivo 12 plus Perpetual License from PCSWHDR, Inc. and QSR International
